We understand that the transition to Middle school can be challenging for both students and parents. Incoming sixth graders are surely growing but maybe not confident enough to be at home by themselves without parental supervision. Those veteran seventh and eighth graders may also need just a bit of supervision after-school as well. We also know that parents fighting morning traffic to get to work on time may need just a few extra minutes to make it all work. To that end we offer the following: Morning Care:
Students can be dropped off at school at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
They should be taken to the front entrance nearest the Main Office. (Ring the bell)
Students should report to the cafeteria and check in with our staff (Dr. Warner or Mr. Maeberry)
During morning care students can work on unfinished projects/assignments or socialize with friends until school begins at 8:40 a.m.
Students report to the cafeteria.
They will check in with our staff (Dr. Warner or Mr. Maeberry).
During after-school care students can begin homework assignments.
Receive a snack to hold them over.
Have access to Inman teachers for tutorials while still having a place to return to afterwards.
Pick up is 6 p.m. daily.
